Shipping
We ship Ground via USPS. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next available business day. We process and ship all orders out of our warehouse in California. Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 and 4 business days, depending on your shipping address. Note that these times are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions. Please note that orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays).

Your satisfaction is our number one priority! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Silque Skincare for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
Return shipping is free of charge and on us. Please note that single-use products are only eligible for return if they are new and unused; that means sheet masks are not eligible for return once opened.
